Quinn Interactive, Inc. is a web design & development firm located in San Francisco, California. We specialize in interactive design, content management integration, information architecture and custom development.

Phil Quinn
President

Phil is the founder of Quinn Interactive. He has over 30 years of web design and development experience and launched his first Web site (an on-line, 30+ page weekly newspaper complete with custom CMS) in 1994. He earned his B.A. in Graphic Design from California State University, Chico, where he also taught Web Design, Computer Graphics, and Electronic Printing and Publishing for four years. In addition, he taught a graduate level class, “Principles of Usability” at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. He is an expert in visual design, usability, and computer-based publishing systems.

Fred Condo
Chief Engineer

Fred has a Ph.D. in the Management of Information Systems and Cognitive Psychology from Claremont Graduate School. He taught a graduate level class, “Principles of Usability” at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, and was an Assistant Professor in the Communication Design department at California State University, Chico for 6 years, teaching web development and human factors. Fred has created multiple e-commerce systems from scratch as well as integrated and customized off-the-shelf solutions. He is an expert in web technologies, standards, and system administration.

Laura Kling
Art Director

Laura has an M.A. in Visual Communication for Electronic Media from Chico State, where she also taught Electronic Printing and Publishing, and Impulse Magazine publication course for 3½ years. She was the senior designer and art director in the Graphic Design Studio at Chico State for 17 years before moving over to Web Services where she designed for and managed Chico State’s campus web presence for 7 years. She specializes in visual design and user experience.
